Job Summary

The Integration Technician is responsible for installing configuring testing and maintaining integrated systems across hardware software and network environments. This role ensures seamless interoperability between systems and supports deployment troubleshooting and optimization of integrated solutions.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled detail-oriented and experienced in system integration with the ability to work across multiple technologies and environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install configure and integrate hardware and software systems
  • Perform system testing validation and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
  • Support integration of applications networks and devices across platforms
  • Assist in deployment and implementation of new systems and upgrades
  • Monitor system performance and resolve integration-related issues
  • Collaborate with engineers developers and project teams to ensure successful integrations
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and organizational policies
  • Support data migration system updates and patch management
  • Utilize tools and platforms such as Service Now or other integration and ticketing systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders

Qualifications

Education

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Electronics Computer Science or a related field preferred

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in system integration IT support or technical operations
  • Experience with hardware installation networking and system configuration preferred

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of hardware software and network integration
  • Basic knowledge of networking protocols and system architecture
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows Linux)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • Annual Salary Range: $60000 to $85000 USD depending on experience technical expertise and location
  • Overtime pay and project-based incentives may be available
