Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Attendant to join our team inMacomb this role you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a supportive and flexible environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene meal preparation and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor client conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the clients home
- Communicate effectively with clients family members and team members
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have two forms of valid ids.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Macomb MI
