Job Summary

The Employment Services Coordinator works as part of the Employment Services team to support individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment. This role provides job development job coaching and ongoing employment support while coordinating services maintaining documentation and building relationships with employers and community partners. The coordinator assists with program operations training of staff quality assurance activities and collaboration with funding and regulatory agencies.
This full-time position will be split between two locations in New Albany IN and Scottsburg IN with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position requires strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills along with the ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule when needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years of related experience preferred; sales experience a plus
College degree preferred but not required
