Job Description Summary
The student will be responsible for securing roasting and packaging coffee to be provided to Sodexo and Follett. They will also be responsible for communications and outreach.
Responsibilities
Securing roasting and packaging coffee to be provided to Sodexo and Follett. They will also be responsible for communications and outreach. The students will source coffee from a coffee distributor. They will roast coffee at a third party roastery. They will apply labels to the coffee packages and package the coffee using a heat sealer. They will then provide the packaged coffee to Sodexo and the Agora bookstore. They will also measure the moisture content and Agtron score of the green and roasted coffees.
Required Qualifications
Chapman University student primarily pursuing a degree in the FSN department.
