We have a great opportunity to join our Management Team as a Branch Manager leading our Fairmont MN and Rochester MN branches. In this role you will provide leadership for two locations overseeing staff and daily operations while ensuring high-quality customer service and the achievement of sales and productivity goals. The Branch Manager aligns sales strategies with operational capabilities to drive business growth improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

• Hire manage and develop staff
• Increase sales and profit meeting KPIs set
• Understand financial statements budgeting needs and ensure OPEX controls are in place
• Oversee branch operations including daily follow-up with customer service queues/CRM Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations
• Build relationships with customers vendors and employees to maintain consistent customer service levels
• Assure to all safety policies and procedures are being adhered to and safety culture is positive
• Ensure marketing strategies are implemented
• Regular travel between the two branch locations with additional travel to customers meetings and trainings as needed
