We are currently looking for a full time Conference Supervisor to join our team of experts.
Key responsibilities
- Own the daily setup preparation and execution of all conferences and events.
- Act as the primary host and proactive point of contact for our event organizers and guests.
- Take full control of AV setups and digital logistics to ensure flawless delivery.
- Maintain all event spaces and equipment with an eye for detail.
- Coordinate with F&B and kitchen teams to synchronize high-tempo service.
- Assist the Food & Beverage departments with operational tasks as required.

- Proven experience in high-end event operations or luxury hospitality.
- Comfortable managing AV technology and troubleshooting on the fly.
- A professional direct personality who isnt afraid to take up space.
- An optimistic drive and the ability to thrive under high pressure.

The Conference Supervisor will report to the Food & Beverage Manager.
