To determine final salary Babcock considers a variety of factors including the successful Candidates skills and experience and internal equity. The final base salary offer is at the Companys sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

The role will operate as part of the Babcock Canada Growth Function as well as closely with the various Lines of Business within Babcock both in Canada and Internationally i.e. Aviation; Land; Marine & Mission Systems.
In this role you will:
- Apply business winning processes across multi-domain opportunities
- Provide capture and bid leadership for all growth opportunities
- Lead and co-ordinate the overall development of capture and bid strategies
- Deliver Bid management capabilities through to contract award
- Lead manage and mentor the Bid Support Team
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals that meet client requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Develop & Track bid metrics to continuously improve the bidding process
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Support contract negotiations
- Deliver support to Growth function activities including strategy development budgeting customer relationship management and capture strategy development
The ideal candidate brings:
- A post secondary degree in Business or Engineering
- 10 -15 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to deliver successful business winning activities i.e. Invitations to Qualify; Requests for Proposals
- Superior verbal and written communication skills including writing formal reports and making presentations
- Superior time management
- Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders in high pressure circumstances
- Ability to work within high demand projects
- Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
