Job Summary
Our client at Yonge/Lawrence is looking for a Hygienist 3 days a week.
POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
ExperiencedDental Hygienist
Must be registered with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
3-5 years experience
Up to date with IPAC regulations
Perio experience an asset
LOCATION:Yonge/Lawrence
COMPENSATION: TBD
HOURS:
Wed Thurs Fri - 7:45-5
Possible Tues once a month
JOB OVERVIEW:
New patient assessment-comprehensive exams
Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
Polishing and fluoride treatments
Dental impressions and bleaching trays
Removal of stains scaling and root-planing
Taking impressions of teeth for study models
Digital radiography
Charting patients updating medical history
Oral hygiene instructions to patients
Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
Abeldent software
Digital x-ray experience
Computer savvy
