2026 is shaping up to be a defining year. Our store network is expanding our customer experience is evolving and were growing towards 700 stores. Behind every new store is a strong property foundation - and thats where you come in.

Were looking for an experienced Leasing Administrator to join our Property team at the Store Support Centre. All lease documentation is handled inhouse the Lease Administrator will effectively manage the lease administration process from reviewing offer documentation disclosures statements though to lease execution. This is a hands-on detail-driven role supporting our leasing activity across the network and working closely with our Leasing Executives and broader Property team to ensure deals are accurately documented and executed.

This role is ideal for someone who knows retail leasing inside out thrives on precision and takes pride in getting the details right. What youll be doing

  • Reviewing leases letters of offer and other leasing documentation to ensure they accurately reflect agreed commercial terms.
  • Acting as the initial reviewer of leasing documentation ensuring accuracy and confirming all documents correctly reflect the agreed commercial terms.
  • Drafting retail leases using established precedent documents where possible.
  • Negotiating our landlords leasing documents preparing negotiation tables and marking up lease documents where required
  • Working strictly within established national leasing precedents and ensuring compliance with internal process standards.
  • Following a structured repeatable process to move deals efficiently from agreement through to execution.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to support the end-to-end leasing process.
  • Entering final Lease information into our Property Management System (LeaseEagle)
  • Managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

What youll bring

  • Minimum 5 years experience in leasing - retail leasing experience is essential.
  • Proven experience reviewing on retail leasing documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical organised approach to work.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems improve systems and procedural efficiency and effectiveness and resolve issues as the arise.
  • Sound knowledge of the retail legislation in all states and the ACT
  • The ability to work under pressure manage deadlines and see tasks through to completion.
  • A practical diligent mindset - you understand that this role requires focus accuracy and follow-through.
