Job Summary

ROLE SUMMARY

The US Market Access Marketer Growth Hormone I&I Execution will lead the development and execution of the U.S. access marketing strategy for the Growth Hormone portfolio (Genotropin and Ngenla) and serve as the primary execution lead for approved U.S. access marketing strategies across priority I&I brands including Velsipity Litfulo and Cibinqo.

In this role the incumbent will shape influence and execute U.S. access strategies to optimize payer coverage formulary positioning and pullthrough across the Growth Hormone portfolio and priority I&I brands. The role works in close partnership with peer Access Marketers Account Management and crossfunctional stakeholders and offers a strong platform for access capability development crossbrand leadership and visibility across the US Market Access Marketing (USMAM) organization and the Specialty Care Business Unit.

Operating within the USMAM organization and a multimarketer operating model this role provides sole brand ownership for the Growth Hormone portfolio and enterprise execution leadership across the I&I franchise enabling strategic elevation role clarity and disciplined highimpact execution. Reporting into the I&I Access Lead the incumbent will partner closely with Access Marketer colleagues and crossfunctional stakeholders to drive daytoday execution enablement and integration of access strategies ensuring highquality consistent and timely delivery. The role provides matrix leadership across agencies analytics partners and brand teams to ensure disciplined execution and strategic cohesion.

Success in this role will be measured by access readiness quality and timeliness of execution payer engagement effectiveness and sustained access performance across owned and supported brands.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth Hormone Strategy & Execution Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of the U.S. access strategy for the Growth Hormone portfolio (Genotropin and Ngenla)
  • Shape and influence evidence needs payer value frameworks and channel strategies in partnership with crossfunctional teams
  • Develop access strategies across commercial Medicare Medicaid and specialty pharmacy channels informed by payer and channel dynamics
  • Serve as the primary US Market Access Marketing point of contact for Genotropin and Ngenla
  • Identify and address payer access barriers using analytics insights and competitive intelligence
  • Develop and evolve value propositions payer narratives and access materials aligned with brand and enterprise strategy
  • Partner with customerfacing colleagues to support pullthrough and access optimization
  • Manage USMA budgets for Growth Hormone access activities

I&I Portfolio Execution Leadership & Enablement

  • Serve as the primary execution lead for approved access strategies for Velsipity Litfulo and Cibinqo
  • Lead daytoday execution and enablement aligned with strategic intent ensuring translation of strategy into compliant highimpact tactics
  • Drive development and deployment of access tactics payer materials field enablement tools and POA priorities
  • Coordinate execution across brands and functions to ensure consistency speed and quality
  • Surface executional insights risks and optimization opportunities to partnered I&I Access Marketers and franchise leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Required)

  • Applicants must have a bachelors degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR a masters degree with 7 years of relevant experience OR PhD with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience with U.S. pharmaceutical biotechnology or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated strategic analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong collaboration communication and influence capabilities across complex matrix environments
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA PharmD PhD or equivalent advanced degree
  • Prior U.S. market access marketing experience
  • Experience working across pharmacy and medical benefit products
  • Demonstrated experience leading execution through matrixed teams and external partners

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $ to $.* In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 200% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
