CGS is seeking a skilledIntelligence Analyst Trainer Seniorto conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets capabilities and intelligence backgrounds (All-Source SIGINT HUMINT Intel Exploitation OSINTetc.) to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application within targeting and analytic methodologies including but not limited to F3EAD. Training requirements will include the development evolution and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements and collaboration inidentifyingandfacilitatingtraining opportunities for organization personnel.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets capabilities and intelligence backgrounds (All-Source SIGINT HUMINT Intel Exploitation OSINT etc.) to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application within targeting and analytic methodologies including but not limited to F3EAD.

- Training requirements will include the development evolution and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements and collaboration inidentifyingandfacilitatingtraining opportunities for organization personnel.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of six (6) yearsofintelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agenciesrequired with four (4) years at the operational level.

- Sufficient experience to conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets capabilities and intelligence backgrounds (All-Source SIGINT HUMINT Intel Exploitation OSINT etc.) to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application to the F3EAD Targeting Methodology.

- Highly proficient inutilizingcurrent intelligence related automation applications tools and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.

- Advanced HVI/Network Targetingmethodologyknowledge/understanding nodal analysis and ability to fullyutilizethe F3EAD targeting process.

- Strong briefing skills.

- Strong background and first-hand experience arerequiredin the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis Geo-Political Analysis HUMINT/SIGINTAnalysisand Collection Management.

- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
