We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team at C&W Services. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with prospective clients and driving revenue growth across our service offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales excellent presentation skills and experience within facility services or a related industry.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling industry events and inbound leads.
- Utilize market research to understand trends client needs and competitive landscape in facility services.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities pipeline forecasts and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at trade shows conferences and other industry events.
LOCATION REQUIREMENT: Washington D.C.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development sales or account management ideally in facility services (e.g. janitorial maintenance HVAC security).
- Knowledge of facility management procurement processes (RFPs bidding etc.).
- Existing network of industry contacts and decision-makers in commercial real estate property management or industrial sectors.
- Understanding of compliance health & safety and service-level agreements in facility operations.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 102000.00 - $120000.00
