Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Addiction Treatment you will assist in directing and coordinating the counseling and educational activities of the Addiction Treatment Program with a focus on the young adult county contract.
Educational Requirements:
- Masters Degree in a relevant field
- LCPC or LCSW-C required
Experience:
- Minimum of two years in alcohol and drug counseling ideally with young adults and adolescents
- Experience in a counseling setting is a plus especially with young adult populations
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities across documentation phone computer and face-to-face interactions
- Proficient in a variety of computer applications
Working Conditions:
- Engaging office environment with a moderate noise level
- Fast-paced dynamic atmosphere that may require flexibility in hours
- Adherence to safety protocols regarding bloodborne pathogens and hazardous materials
- Commitment to a Drug-Free and Smoke-Free workplace following OSHA standards

Salary Range: Minimum 32.14/hour - Maximum 53.01/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
