Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Outbound and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- The role involves engaging customers managing leads and providing exceptional service
- Scheduling customers for vehicle repairs maintenance and vehicle sales appointments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office software and computer systems
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
