The Role:
Were now looking for a juniormid-level Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to build depth confidence and range - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment values strong design fundamentals and is eager to grow within an established high-performance company.
Youll work closely with our creative production and project teams contributing to a wide range of deliverables across live-event collateral presentations print and digital assets. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility visibility and room for growth.
Non-Negotiables:
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design.
- 2-4 years of hands-on design experience (agency in-house or live-event environment).
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign).
- Strong understanding of core design principles (typography hierarchy spacing alignment consistency).
- Solid layout and DTP skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience producing a range of deliverables including presentations print digital assets and event materials.
- Comfortable working across content creation mock-ups layouts and presentation design.
- Confident in PowerPoint including clean layouts structured decks and presentation templates.
- Able to work accurately within supplied CI and brand guidelines.
- Comfortable managing multiple deliverables under pressure and adapting to changing scope and tight deadlines.
- A collaborative positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
Bonus Skills:
- Exposure to events and live-experience design (screens signage print presentations).
- Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar).
The Basics:
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Place of Work:
This is a full-time office-based role with occasional on-site work at venues or studios for recce visits set-up days and event days. Our offices are based in the Rosebank business hub.
Office Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Flexibility required based on project and event schedules
