Job Summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visually engaging multimedia content that aligns with the clients brand identity and supports marketing communication and campaign objectives across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce a wide range of multimedia assets including videos animations graphics infographics and digital visuals.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and broader creative team to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment.
Develop engaging content for websites social media platforms digital campaigns and presentations.
Create multimedia presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Edit optimise and adapt video and image content for performance quality and platform specifications.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends tools and best practices in multimedia design and recommend innovative creative approaches.

Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a multimedia design role.
A strong demonstrable portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia work (video animation digital design).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro After Effects and Photoshop.
Experience with animation and video editing tools.
Working knowledge of web design principles.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.

Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and design quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
