Role Summary and Impact

This critical role exists within Mindshare Channels & Solutions to orchestrate Qualcomms complex semiconductor marketing initiatives. As Client Strategy Manager you will bridge strategic planning and tactical execution translating Qualcomms sophisticated B2B objectives into actionable briefs while maintaining oversight across integrated campaigns. This position requires deep market knowledge and sophisticated judgment to navigate Qualcomms regional stakeholder dynamics and transform ambiguous time-sensitive requests into executable strategies.

The role serves as the strategic nexus between Qualcomms evolving business needs and our global execution teams ensuring seamless campaign delivery while enabling the Account Director to focus on commercial growth and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Delivering Client Performance

  • Serve as primary strategic interface for Qualcomm interpreting technical B2B requirements into integrated campaign strategies
  • Maintain quality oversight across all campaign elements while specialist teams execute tactical delivery
  • Lead real-time optimization decisions based on market intelligence and campaign performance data
  • Transform last-minute client requests into executable plans without compromising strategic integrity
  • Manage premium partner relationships to unlock opportunities and resolve challenges
  • Ensure seamless translation between strategic objectives and tactical execution

Strategic Enablement

  • Free Account Director capacity for commercial growth initiatives by owning day-to-day campaign orchestration
  • Bridge planning and execution teams to ensure strategic intent flows through to delivery
  • Provide strategic counsel on market opportunities and campaign innovations
  • Anticipate client needs through deep understanding of Qualcomms business dynamics

Team Leadership & Integration

  • Orchestrate specialist channel teams ensuring cohesive campaign delivery
  • Maintain strategic oversight while empowering teams to excel in their specialisms
  • Foster collaboration between local strategic functions and global execution teams
  • Guide knowledge transfer to ensure campaign learnings enhance future performance

Process & Excellence

  • Leverage technology and best practices to maximize operational efficiency
  • Ensure accurate budget management while maintaining strategic flexibility
  • Identify process improvements that enhance agility without sacrificing quality

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in managing complex B2B technology accounts within an integrated agency environment. You will demonstrate exceptional ability to synthesize strategic thinking with practical implementation leveraging established relationships and local market intelligence to drive real-time optimization decisions. Your sophisticated understanding of both planning principles and execution realities enables you to navigate between high-level client conversations and detailed tactical briefings with equal expertise.

  • Integrated Campaign Management:Deep experience orchestrating multi-channel campaigns requiring real-time coordination between strategy and execution
  • Stakeholder Navigation:Demonstrated success managing complex regional stakeholder dynamics and established relationships with premium media partners
  • Market Intelligence Application:Expert at leveraging local market knowledge to inform strategic pivots and optimization decisions that protect campaign performance
  • Quality Oversight:Experience maintaining strategic integrity across campaigns while specialist teams execute tactical elements
  • Agile Decision-Making:Track record of making sophisticated judgment calls that balance client needs market realities and campaign objectives
  • Client Intimacy:Established credibility as a trusted advisor who anticipates client needs and proactively addresses challenges
