Job description:
- Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls and chats)
- Establishing and maintaining customer relations
- Ongoing reporting in the systems
- Strong communication skills with a minimum C1 level in Spanish/Italian/French/Greek/German/Bulgarian/Dutch/Swedish/Hungarian/Croatian/Czech/Romanian/Slovak/Chinese
- English B2
- Ability to work from the office in Lublin.
- Excellent technical skills (MS Office Browsers general computer skills).
- Positive energy enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative solution-oriented mindset.
- Fully paid training program in English (7 days).

- Employment contract for full time.
- Shift work: 5 days a week Monday Saturday. 8 hours daily with 30 min of break included.
- Working days: Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 18:00 a few times a month working Saturdays.
