We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing a variety of events including corporate meetings conferences workshops and special occasions. Your creativity and organizational skills will play a vital role in ensuring that each event is memorable and runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various types of events such as conferences trade shows and corporate meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and venues to secure necessary services and resources.
- Develop event timelines budgets and comprehensive plans to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage logistics including transportation catering audiovisual needs and attendee registration.
- Create engaging marketing materials and promotional content to attract attendees.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or project management with a strong portfolio of past events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
