We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience supporting sales and customer success functions. The ideal candidate is organized responsive and service-driven with the ability to anticipate needs support revenue-generating teams and enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales and customer success teams
- Manage calendars meetings agendas and follow-ups
- Prepare reports presentations proposals and internal documentation
- Maintain accurate records files and databases (CRM spreadsheets client logs)
Sales & Customer Success Support
- Assist with sales pipeline tracking proposals contracts and renewals
- Coordinate client onboarding materials and documentation
- Support client communications follow-ups and service requests
- Track customer interactions action items and deadlines
- Help ensure timely responses to client inquiries and issues
Client & Communication Coordination
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings calls and presentations with clients
- Draft and review professional emails summaries and client communications
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an administrative sales support or customer success role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- High attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Customer-centric mindset with a service-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable working with sales metrics pipelines and reports
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
