What Youll Do
- Create a warm safe and engaging classroom where toddlers feel loved supported and excited to explore
- Implement TLEs L.E.A.P. Curriculum bringing learning to life through playbased activities early literacy movement art and sensory exploration
- Support toddlers as they build independence from selfhelp skills to early problemsolving
- Foster positive social interactions and help children learn to share communicate and express their feelings
- Build strong trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care
- Maintain a clean organized and cheerful classroom that reflects TLEs bright and nurturing environment
- Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team that values positivity professionalism and growth
- Youre naturally energetic patient and nurturing
- You love the toddler stage the curiosity the silliness the big emotions and the big milestones
- You communicate with warmth clarity and professionalism
- Youre dependable flexible and eager to learn
- Experience in early childhood education is a plus but a caring heart and willingness to grow are essential

The Learning Experience
