What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Wichita Falls as a Blender. The person in this role will be responsible for performing grit and air blasting techniques to remove weld braze and other materials. You will also perform maintenance and lubrication on blending tools as needed. You will play a key role in supporting our operation of repairing the hot sections of our engines.

The person in this role will train on our 1st shift for up to 6 months. Upon completion of training you will work on our Alternate Work Week shift which is Friday-Sunday from 5am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanically remove weld braze m-fill and other materials on assigned parts
Re-contour material to specific dimensions per written instructions
Perform grit blast and air blast operations per written instructions
Select appropriate air tools and accessories for each blending operation
Examine own work for compliance to written instructions
Perform maintenance and lubrication on blending tools
Ensure all environment health and safety rules requirements and procedures are adhered to
Maintain work area in a clean orderly manner
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications You Must Have:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Qualifications We Prefer:

Previous experience performing blending operations in a manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of the gauges and measuring devise associated with specific blending operations
Read and follow written and verbal instructions

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.
