Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time On-Call Weekdays Registered Nurse (RN)Case Managerposition in the Lake Charles area.
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse On-Call position includes the followingjob duties: Admissions Discharges and the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Louisiana - required
- 1yearsexperience as a RN - preferred
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- The ability to travel usingreliable transportation
- Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
