You will lead a regional B2C Marketing Communications team consisting of Senior and Junior End-User Marketing Communication Managers and a Dealer Marketing Communication Manager. The team works closely with regional marketing sales digital product and global brand teams as well as external creative and production agencies. Collaboration is international cross-functional and insight-driven with a strong focus on consumer-centric communication and measurable business impact. Your role connects strategy with execution and ensures consistent high-quality communication across markets and channels.
In this role you will own and drive the regional B2C marketing communications agenda and lead integrated consumer-focused campaigns across channels. You will combine strategic direction hands-on campaign leadership stakeholder collaboration and team development.
More specifically your tasks will be to:
Own the regional B2C communication and promotion agenda aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives
Develop and execute regional B2C marketing communication strategies and updates
Increase brand awareness preference category awareness and consumer consideration
Lead planning and delivery of integrated 360 campaigns across owned paid and earned channels
Oversee campaign briefing creative development content production and go-to-market execution
Adapt global brand and campaign frameworks for regional and local relevance
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on insights data and consumer feedback including ROMI assumptions and post-campaign impact measurement
Manage consumer-focused brand partnerships
Own and maintain the content calendar and deliver consumer journey content (articles ebooks website content visuals)
Secure and activate user stories and use cases through local teams and production partners
Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all consumer touchpoints
Support and contribute to consumer research and insight generation to improve relevance and decision-making
Act as a key partner to regional marketing sales digital product and CIC teams
Collaborate with global brand and communications functions and external agencies
Lead coach and develop the marketing communications team and set clear priorities and ways of working
Manage cross-country and cross-functional projects including targets milestones resources budgets reporting and closing
Ensure compliance with brand legal GDPR and internal governance requirements
Drive continuous improvement of marketing communication processes and capabilities
You bring a creative and commercial mindset combined with a structured ownership-driven approach to delivery. You enjoy working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment and can translate insights into strong communication concepts and campaigns. You are a confident communicator and an experienced marketing communications professional with strong project leadership skills.
Moreover we expect that you:
Hold a BSc degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
Have solid experience in marketing communications within a multinational company
Demonstrate proven success in campaign and project management and delivery
Combine creativity with data-driven and insight-based decision-making
Are strong in concept creation agency collaboration and process management
Have experience with B2C advertising campaigns and integrated marketing
Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
Work confidently across functions countries and cultures
