Perpetua provides retail media optimization and market intelligence technology for the worlds smartesteCommerce brands. Within the Flywheel suite of offerings the Perpetua business focuses specifically on challenger brands and the agencies who serve them.
We arelooking for an accomplishedSr. Director ofProgrammaticServiceswho will report directly to the GM of the Perpetua business. You will set and execute the strategic vision for our Programmatic DSP team with ultimateaccountability for driving business growth operational excellence and innovation in our programmatic media you thrive at the intersection of data technology client relationship management and people leadership and want to make a significant impact across both SaaS and services this role is for you.
What You Will Do:

- Lead the PerpetuaADSPteam with overall accountability for its commercial and operational performance.
- Manage programmatic media budgets forecasting and reportingensuring investment delivers measurable impact and value.
- Oversee inclose collaborationwith Productthe development ofPerpetuasprogrammaticoptimization and reporting platformacross Amazon and other DSPs.
- Maintain a pulse on competing SaaS offerings for Amazon DSP campaign technology as well as customer feedback on the Perpetua platform and feature requests.
- Set and enforce a high standard of quality and excellence within the Perpetua DSP team with active performance management and clear KPIs.
- Define and implement processes for continuousmeasurementand improvementoptimizingworkflows and driving operations excellence across client-facing reporting team capacitymanagementand ad operations best practices.
- Build andmaintainstrong executive-level relationships with key clients acting as a trustedadvisor anddriving long-term client retention and growth.
- Own the Amazon Ads relationship including defining processes and ways of working between the Perpetua DSP team and Amazon Ads AEs with the goal of growing client media spend through Perpetua.
- Stay ahead of industry trends regulatory changes and emerging technologies in the programmatic ecosystem.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure our programmatic offerings are well positioned and understood by the market.
Team Leadership & Development
- Foster a positive collaborative team culture that values innovation inclusion and continuous learning.
- Constantly seek ways to improve team efficiency and campaign performanceoptimizingprocessesleveragingautomation and ensuring work/life balance.

Who You Are:
- 8 yearsof experience in digital media with at least 5 years in programmatic advertisingand retail media networks/platforms with growing responsibility and significant oversight of retail media services delivery
- Industry-leading domainexpertisein programmatic media including DSPs DMPs ad exchanges and data privacy regulations Amazon DSP experience is considered an asset.
- Comfortable with ambiguity;proventrack recordprioritizing in afast-paced ever-changingenvironment with competing internal and external priorities
- Adept at quickly masteringnew technologiesand staying current with industry trends in retail media e-commerce or advertising technology.
- Passionate about building strong consultative relationships with clients and stakeholders; skilled at understanding business needs and translating them into actionable strategies.
