We are seeking a detail-orientedCredit Administration Specialist to join our team Credit
this role you will be responsible for preparing credit documentation and
verification of the launch of credit products.
You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure an effective credit lending
process.What you will be doing
Loans and collaterals documentation:
preparing of loan agreements and amendments to the loan agreements as well as
documents concerning collaterals in accordance with the standards adopted by the Bank
responsibility for delivering documentation within specified deadlines at the highest quality level
verification of the correctness of the signed credit documentation and collateral
verification of the conditions for launching credit products
participation in the optimization standardization and automation of credit processes for corporate
clients
Skills you should have
Masters Degree in legal banking economics finance
Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate banking in documentation teams or loan disbursement
verification teams
English on a communicative level (min. B1)
Good Knowledge of collaterals with emphasis on Polish regulatory requirements
Good communication skills
Team player ability to build good interpersonal relationships
Openness to dynamic process changes and rapid implementation of changes.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of credit documentation in the LMA standard
Knowledge of other European languages
Experience in the Security Agent team AgencyDesk
