Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the successful industrialization of signalling products developed in Poland. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as production teams product and program managers hardware development teams quality teams and component engineers) manage industrial processes for electrical products and contribute to product competitiveness through cost optimization lead time reduction and quality improvement.
Youll specifically take care of managing industrial quality cost and delivery during the product lifecycle but also ensure industrial sustainability and manage risks with cross-functional action plans when required.
Well look to you for:
Managing the industrial process for electrical products
Ensuring industrial sustainability of products
Driving cost optimization lead time reduction and quality improvement
Supporting DFx (Design for Manufacturing Testability Reliability and Repairability) in the electric hardware development process
Managing product industrialization work packages
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals

Degree in Engineering preferably Production/Process Engineering Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2 to 5 years of experience in industrial management
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering VSM Project Management and scheduling Lean Manufacturing and New Product Introduction
Desired competencies: teamwork communication planning drive for results and flexibility
Familiarity with ERP and documentation management systems
Very good English skills both spoken and written
