Were looking for a hands-on Partner Enablement Manager who can turn our product into clear useful content that partners actually want to use. Youll sit at the intersection of partner education video production and ads owning fast ideation testing and execution across channels formats and markets. You know how to take a feature or launch and translate it into educational materials partner-ready assets and video content that builds confidence trust and adoption.
Responsibilities
Create partner & customer enablement content (guides playbooks comparison sheets partner certification program product onboarding academy)
Revamp Tidio Academy build a dedicated Partner Course
Contribute to and help structure onboarding academy and certification programs
Ideate script and produce short- and long-form UGC video ads and video guides
Adapt ad concepts across channels (Meta TikTok) and markets/languages (EN ES others)
Collaborate with agencies or freelancers when needed and manage output quality
Support webinars and educational video initiatives end-to-end
Requirements
23 years in B2B/SaaS and a proven track record of creating sales enablement and educational content.
Ability to switch context quickly and efficiently: one day its a partner course revamp next day its working on the webinar with a partner.
Experience creating UGC ads or paid social video creatives and working with actors/creators in this format.
Understanding of Meta & TikTok ad formats and creative best practices.
Comfortable tracking performance metrics (views spend iterations learnings).
Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measure campaign results and content performance.
