Could you be the full-time VIE Sub-System Manager Support in Charleroi were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

Youll contribute to the successful management of traction and rolling stock subsystems in large-scale railway projects. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (design industrialization validation safety maintenance customer service and more) assist in risk identification and mitigation planning and support customer interface activities.

Youll specifically take care of monitoring subsystem projects & parts ensuring QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) objectives are achieved through structured follow-up and coordination.

Well look to you for:

• Supporting the Sub-System Manager (SSM) in managing the technical scope of traction/rolling stock subsystems during project execution
• Participating in project reviews and preparing documentation reports and progress updates
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure deliverables are aligned and on time
• Assisting in client interactions by providing clarification and feedback
• Identifying risks and contributing to mitigation action plans

• Masters degree in engineering (Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics or related field) is a plus
• A first experience (internship academic project or VIE) in system engineering project management or industrial projects is a plus
• Good communication skills with the ability to support interactions with multiple stakeholders
• Structured analytical and organized mindset
• Eagerness to learn autonomy and adaptability in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset
