Hourly Compensation: $27.00/hr-$27.00/hr USD
Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm - Mon-Fri w/ 1 hour break with availability to work Over Time

Responsibilities
The Department Manager will be responsible for providing on-site facilities and office services. Other duties include:
- Oversee the daily operation of the Office Services equipment
- Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients
- Office services to include: mailroom coordinationand mail services set ups and break downs for conference room meetings shipping and receiving copy and reprographics services and general office assistance
- Facilities services to include: general upkeep and maintenance of facility with special care paid toward common areas coordination with janitorial staff to ensure clean and safe environment inspections and coordination of all vendor services for repairs/installations for all components of facility - including electrical plumbing elevator parking lot etc. and office moves and space planning related tasks
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Light administrative duties
- Participate in cross-training formeeting and conference services
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
- Managing a team of employees
- Oversee employees performance provide guidance and support
- Manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful
- Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management skills have 1-2 years experience managing relevant office services.
- High school diploma or GED and US authorization to work for any employer
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Managerial skills; ability to train employees
