The role of the APRN / Physician Assistant (PA) at Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital is one of collaboration and partnership within an inter-professional team. APRNs and PAs are board-certified providers who assume responsibility and accountability for health stabilization promotion and maintenance of acute and chronic illness or injury under the supervision of the physician. Participate in evidenced-based clinical practice clinical research ongoing innovative education and shared governance throughout the organization.

Schedule: Full-time position. 10-hr shifts 6a-4p no nights weekends or holidays.

Experience:

Prefer 5 years of PA/APRN pediatric acute care critical care or specialty care or primary care of medically complex patients.

Qualifications:

Clinical Masters Degree in Nursing or DNP Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.

Current BLS and PALS.

Current Licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse and APRN or PA.

Current National Certification as an APRN or a PA

Salary Range: Minimum 49.54/hour - Maximum 76.79/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
