First impressions are important.
The CSRs are on the front line of first impressions for Chad Love Services. You must have a positive attitude a smile in your voice and a willingness to help as we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers.
Responsibilities (including not limited to):
Convert incoming calls and emails customer into booked service appointments
Perform outbound calls with customers.
Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear compelling and personable
Respond to customer requests resolving issues and promoting the brand.
Be professional and establish the best customer relationships within the company
Maintain and update customer information within our system
Job Type: Part Time
Job Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday: 7am-7pm
Experience:
Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Valid driver license
Clean background check
Develop a proven track record in customer service.
You understand the importance of serving others (your team members and our customers)
