Job Summary
The Corporate Social Media Marketing Manager will report totheDirector of Social Strategy. This roleis responsible forcreatingandassistingwithorganiccontentforthe above listed brands and sub-brands position is fully integrated within thecorporate communicationsorganizationand will be exposed to the positioning of various Caesars Entertainment brands across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Leadsthe social marketing strategy and execution for select Las Vegasproperties inclusive of content creation editing and distribution across multiple platformsto grow audiences awareness and engagement.
- Creates original social content and partners with internal teams and externalproduction vendorsto produce tailored content for key social platforms.
- Co-lead content planning withSocialStrategy Directorandmaintaineditorialcalendar to keep content freshaccurate andup-to-date.
- Audit andmaintainstandards/guidelines on brand tone voice andcontent pillarstomaintainconsistency with ongoing content efforts.
- Develops actionable insights based on content analytics to drive ongoing optimizationof social media strategy.
- Provides strategic support for enterprise-wide initiatives and campaigns to ensure that execution is best-in-classand engagement is authentic.
- Collaborates with other departmentssuch asMarketingF&B Gamingandotherkey playersto produce and execute content.
- Complies withprocess and governance with the usage ofsocial mediapublishing and analyticstools.
- Assistswith moderation ofUGC in line with Caesars Entertainments expectations and policies.
- Assistswith influencer marketing initiatives that include identification negotiation and oversight of hosted experiences.
- Facilitates administrative duties forenterprisestechnology solutions such as Sprout Social andMetaBusiness Manager.
- Delivers work on or beforedeadline.
- Covers events and activations as needed.
- Must have a positive attitude and the flexibility to work withseveral departments and personalities at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field and/or equivalent work experiencerequired.
- Candidateshould be self-motivated; detailorientated andprioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong mobile camera skillswith an eye for lighting framing and composition.
- Proficiencyin mobile video editing software such asCapCutor Edits withadditionalworking knowledge of Canva.
- Excellentwritten skills with the ability to adapt and represent a variety of brand voices.
- Other desired skills include time management skills critical thinking problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Adobe Photoshop Premiereand Lightroomexperience is a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able tomaneuver toall areas of the casino from property to property.
- Must be able to perform physical job duties of line employees in emergency situations.
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
- Must be able to read writespeakand understand English.
- Must be able to respond to visual andoralcues
