The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic departments ensuring excellent patient service and delivery of care.
This is a full-time one-site role Monday-Friday with staffing on call responsibilities for OUC staffing. This position will be a dual role providing support for our new Occupational Health Program in Eden Prairie while also supporting Orthopedic Urgent Care services in Eagan and Burnsville.
Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) a group of local medical practices owned and led by its physicians on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions:
- Effectively recruit train manage and retain employees
- Responsible for the coordination of the weekly schedule for appropriate staff coverage
- Operate as a liaison between management and clinic staff to ensure quality and efficiency of patient service. This may include meeting one-on-one with managers and/or staff to assess educate and review data on quality service teamwork and integrity relating to the work of clinic staff members.
- Conduct frequent timely and appropriate communications with employees through meetings and one-on-one sessions; actively participate in meetings and other communications processes; share information timely accurately and completely with others as needed
- Conduct annual reviews of direct reports including determination of any relevant compensation adjustments
- Complete all payroll processes as needed in HRIS including leave of absences time off requests job changes department transfers terminations etc.
- Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year.
- Any and all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in related field or applicable experience
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory/leadership experience. Healthcare setting preferred.
- Working knowledge of all applicable laws regulations and guidelines
