About the Team

The Strategic Account Executive is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy and presents an outstanding opportunity to work on strategic sales cycles with a customer base representing the largest organisations in the UK and Ireland.
As part of Miros strategic sales team you will have the opportunity to develop strategise negotiate and close business with some of the largest this role you will partner closely with Customer Success Sales Development Sales Engineering New Product Innovation and AI Evangelist teams.

About the Role

As a Strategic Account Executive you are responsible for managing a portfolio of the largest UK and Ireland Clients spanning across industries Retail Manufacturing Energy T&E. You will lead a cross functional account team and set the account strategy and operating plan to achieve your expansion goals and long term customer success.

In this role you will think strategically about how we align to and accelerate customers strategic AI Transformation and change programmes.

What youll do

  • Combine the interests of multiple Executive stakeholders to drive account revenue growth.
  • Strategic account planning to motivate and lead company resources in appropriate expansion strategies.
  • Break into new personas and lines of business to drive incremental use cases across our multi-product AI Innovation Workspace.
  • Be a key component in ensuring we have accurate data in our CRM to drive the strategy for our future growth.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline contribution closed business ARR and retained business GRR.
  • Position a services-first and consultative selling motion as non-negotiable to accomplish client business goals with Miros AI Innovation Workspace.

What youll need

  • 6 years of sales experience servicing multi-national clients in the UK/I region enterprise market including experience with SaaS.
  • Strong account expansion skills (board-room level efficacy new business strategic territory & account planning cross functional team-selling).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have the ability to build rapport and relationships with C-Suite.
  • You have a great attitude that can manoeuvre through ambiguity and ability to work and collaborative with a growing team.
  • You are a results-oriented individual who is excited by the prospect of fuelling the continued growth and success of Miro by growing our sales pipeline.
  • You have a can do attitude and are relentless in pursuing goals and solving problems.
