We are looking for anAssistant Director of Engineeringto join our team!
As anAssistant Director of Engineering we rely on you to:
- Assist the Director of Engineering to oversee maintenance and repair activities for all buildings fixtures and fittings ensuring operational reliability
- Monitor and maintain all equipment ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Support budget planning and expenditure control for maintenance and engineering projects to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations and internal standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate and participate in crisis management and emergency response activities to mitigate risks and ensure swift resolution
- Develop and deliver training programs related to emergency procedures to enhance team readiness and compliance
- Apply expertise in Environment Health Occupational Health and Safety Assessment and Loss Prevention to uphold workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for someone who:
- Degree holder in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Experiences in repair and buildling maintenance
- Experiences in hotel/building experience
- Demonstrated experience in crisis management and participation in emergency response teams
- Familiarity with Environment Health OHSAS standards and Loss Prevention practices
