MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To coordinate and control all activities relating to data migration and reporting between current and new operating systems. This includes data at the facility level as well as the data managed and maintained at corporate level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Data Governance and Compliance
- Ensure data migration aligns with policies& regulatory standards enforcing data stewardship for accuracy and accountability
Data Mapping and Transformation
- Validate cleanse and standardize data
- Define mapping between legacy and new systems
- Transform data to fit new structures
Testing and Validation
- Conduct pre- and post-migration QA checks ensuring data integrity
- Support User acceptance Testing for accuracy
Data Quality & Integrity
- Perform data validation cleansing qualityassurance and standardizeto maintain consistency andreliability
Stakeholder Collaboration and Coordination
- Liaise with Project Team and Business Units to ensure a smooth transition and address concerns.
Continuous Improvement and Post-Go Live Support
- Assistin data optimization and ongoing enhancements for improved management
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
- Certification in data management or a related field orCandidates with 3-5 years of hands-on data migration experience (preferably in a SAP environment) may qualify without a formal qualification if they can demonstrate strong practical expertise
DESIRED EDUCATION
- Data Management/Stewardship qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of proven experience working with data including hands-on data migration projects
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- SQL data management and database management experience preferably within healthcare
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Data extraction mapping and transformation skills (SQL)
- Knowledge of data quality and validation techniques
- Knowledge of Data Governance concepts and requirements
- Good interpersonal & collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and quality assurance
