Role Summary

Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules. Organizes cross-functional activities ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Engage wit Internal and External Stakeholder for SLA/KPI signoff Technical new requirement assessment customer interaction on technical escalation
Meet short- and long-term business goals
Work with SME to identify Customer problem areas
Engage in Day-to-Day Customer meeting for their technical requirement

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent Analytical skill
At least 5 Years of Telecom experience preferred with Value added product understanding
Have experience on messaging will be preferred
Worked as solution architect
Exposure of Linux Operating system
Should have experience with overseeing the implementation of telecommunications solutions that meet both business and technical requirements of Telecom Operator
