Your Role
We are looking for a Logistics Project Leader with a positive and proactive mindset who will assure a premium Customer Experience through surcing and selection of the best 3pl providers for warehousing delivery and installation within the Technogym international footprint.
You will maintain seamless communication between Technogym and 3rd parties to achieve customer satisfaction targets as well as the achievement of budget goals .
Your Impact
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the company in defining yearly logistic budget
- Suppliers scouting: tendering and negotiations
- Logistic cost analysis
- 3pls service level monitoring and KPI management
- Subsidiaries support on logistics topics
- Ensure regular and effective communication within the business and externally with 3rd the internal business developing strong relationships with country managers and Customer Service Departments is paramount to your success in this role
- Check 3PL invoices and accounting perform cost accounting and variance analyses periodically audit 3PL delivery and installation and capabilities to ensure that 3PL provide a service in line with the Technogym brand positioning
Evaluation optimization and design of logistic flows and footprint - Logistic processes improvements to grant operational excellences quality and cost reduction
- Leading special projects to promote innovation and digital solutions. Main tasks will be to manage the time scheduling of the project the proper allocation of resources and competences a general coordination of all the activities including the introduction of new technologies and processes.
About You
Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are structured and process-oriented with strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence and execution. You are a team player accountable as well as transparent open and willing to learn.
What you should bring:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Economics Supply Chain Management or a relevant field
- Ideally around 3-5 years relevant experience in logistic and project management
- Experience in managing 3PL relationships in terms of contracts KPIs monthly meeting reviews and SLA improvement
- Strong communications skills both in terms of building internal relationships with key Technogym teams and liaising with warehouse management and in/out logistics flow management
- An understanding of and experience in using SAP
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Some knowledge of the fitness industry performance health and product use would be a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English and a third language is a plus
