- Set crediting rates and conduct profitability analysis for new business
- Streamline and enhance value reporting and rate-setting processes
- Deliver financial and competitive insights to support product strategy and innovation
- Prepare and present findings to senior leadership influencing strategic decisions
What Youll Do
- Establish crediting rates informed by market trends and competitive dynamics
- Perform in-depth profitability analyses and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive process efficiency in rate setting and value reporting
- Support forecasting and reporting of New Business Value
What Were Looking For
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in actuarial roles within life insurance with strong expertise in pricing and new business valuation
- Proficiency in actuarial software (GGY AXIS preferred)
- Familiarity with NBV reporting IFRS17 ESR and product knowledge
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to independently lead pricing initiatives and validate cashflows
- Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Associateship or Fellowship of a major actuarial body preferred
