We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position(s):
Home Health Nurse - RN PRN in the South Clermont area (34714)

Job Description: As a home health nurse RN your responsibilities will be to assess patients condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review administer medication as prescribed by the patients physician dress (or re-dress) wounds provide patient education coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress provide supervision and competency checks for RNs LPNs and CNA/HHAs as needed and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patients quality of life.
Job Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and possess at least an associates degree in nursing from an industry-accredited institution; Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care. Current FL State RN license is required.
