Residency Program Overview
Blackbirds Residency Program will prepare the next generation of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to practice with confidence as specialists in child/ adolescent mental healthcare.
Our next Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency Program is scheduled to begin sometime in April 2026.

Under the supervision of the Director of the Residency Program youll play an essential role in delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations treatment planning and medication management for children adolescents and young adults. Youll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.
