The Role:
Design pilot and implement AI-driven solutions to automate andoptimizeoperational processes reducing inefficiencies and manual effort.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI and automation tools into existing systems ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to further streamline operations and enhance stakeholder experience.
Work with the Program Management Services and Software team toassistin automating reports and summaries about current and future initiatives such as ESS Leasing to take advantage of 30% tax incentives and Grid Services pilots using our electric vehicles to support the grid and our homes.
Create a process and scorecardutilizingsoftware tools to summarize status dates and owners for Leadership that is easy to understand and communicate visually from existing Program Management tools.
Work with the Public Charging Infrastructure team to refine processes andmetricsbenchmarking other EV makers andstandardizeamongst Charge Service Operators.
Required Qualifications:
Pursuit of a bachelors or mastersdegreeone of the following areas: AI/ML Computer Science Management InformationSystemsor related degree
Must be graduating between May 2027 - June 2028
Able to work full time40 hoursper week during the summer months
