What Youll Do

Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality evidence-based occupational therapy services
Improve residents independence with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Address strength coordination cognition safety awareness and functional mobility
Recommend and train residents in adaptive equipment and home safety strategies
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional outcomes
Build strong relationships with residents and families
Contribute to a positive team-driven therapy culture
Maintain accurate compliant documentation

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Wisconsin
Passion for working with the senior population
Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
