Clinic Manager The Joint Chiropractic
Salary: $45000 per year Bonuses & Incentives
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead daily operations drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and oversee operations across 10 clinic locations (Buford mall of GA Dacula Decatur Flowery branch Lawrenceville Loganville North Druid Hills Snellville Sugar Hill Tucker) within the Atlanta area.
Lead coach and develop front desk and wellness staff
Drive sales memberships and patient retention
Monitor performance metrics and achieve business goals
Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
Maintain operational standards and compliance
Travel between clinics as needed to provide leadership and operational support
Full-time position clinics are open 7 days a week and work schedules may vary based on business needs
Qualifications:
Leadership or management experience (healthcare retail or service industry preferred)
Strong sales and customer service background
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Results-oriented with strong organizational abilities
