SUMMARY
Handle and maintain flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Input data manually into specific ERP carrier or logistics systems in order to successfully transport materials to and from customers/providers.
Ensure that all necessary documentation for the transport of materials is accurate.
Prepare Bills of Lading invoices manifests Shippers Export Declarations (SEDs) and other documentation.
Interact with production areas in order to ensure that shipping commitments are executed on time.
Interact with transportation providers in order to ship products.
Tracks shipments to and from site.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in materials and logistics preferred..
