Role Summary and Impact

The SEO Manager will be responsible for spearheading the comprehensive SEO strategy ensuring organic visibility and search engine positioning objectives are met. This pivotal role involves serving as the primary liaison with strategic-level clients and guaranteeing the teams precise tactical execution. The impact of this position is far-reaching as it drives business success by defining and aligning SEO strategies with client goals prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact and fostering an efficient professionally developed SEO team. Furthermore the manager will be instrumental in presenting high-level results insights and data-driven optimizations to clients ensuring continuous improvement and robust performance.

Skills and Experience:

Professional background in related fields (marketing communication data analysis).
Proven experience in managing complex SEO projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced knowledge in technical SEO content SEO and data analysis.
Leadership skills executive communication and negotiation abilities.
Advanced proficiency/certification in SEO tools (Google Analytics 4 Google Search Console SEMrush Screaming Frog etc.).
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable SEO experience with at least 2 years in a leadership and team management role.
English proficiency (B2 level required).
