Job Summary
Lead the Future of Travel
Were looking for a high-energy Field Marketing Events Manager to lead our Field Package Sales team in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This role owns the market driving results through major events festivals and our exciting Milwaukee Brewers Field Marketing partnership .
Youll recruit and lead a high-performing sales team execute impactful field activations exceed tour and sales goals and create standout guest experienceswhile leading from the front with strong personal production.
What you bring:
2 years of management experience (Field Marketing/Mini-Vac preferred)
2 years in Timeshare or Vacation Sales
A flexible results-driven leadership style
