Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Readiness and Training Support Specialist to support DTRA personnel in preparing for exercises and real-world missions. This role ensures the maintenance of operational readiness across CZ-CO staff and contributes to mission success through coordination analysis and execution of training and readiness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support CZ-CO personnel in preparation for training exercises and real-world mission requirements.
Maintain and monitor the operational readiness status of all CZ-CO personnel.
Assist with the coordination and execution of joint operational tasks involving military civilian and contractor personnel during peacetime and contingency operations in diverse environments.
Develop effective program plans that balance competing priorities funding constraints and CZ-CO project objectives.
Prepare detailed readiness and performance reports for CZ-CO leadership.
Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of CZ-CO training programs and personnel readiness.
Assist in planning executing and tracking all departmental readiness initiatives including maintaining accurate training records.
Lead the coordination and processing of international travel requirements including:
- Country clearances
- Passports
- Visas
- Letters of Authorization (LOAs)
Monitor CZ-CO conference attendance and ensure all related requirements are met.

Qualifications

TS/SCI
Relevant experience supporting operational readiness training programs or military/DoD operations.
Strong organizational and coordination skills especially in complex or dynamic environments.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams including military and civilian personnel.
Proficiency in record-keeping reporting and documentation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with international travel processes (visas LOAs country clearances) preferred.
