Overview of Job
Mindshare Fulcrum part of WPP Media is seeking a Manager Strategy to join our Business Planning C Strategy team. You will play a key role in providing data-driven
insights to inform media planning and strategy focusing on business intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence: Scan the market for relevant data compile reports and provide insights for Intelligence Reports.
Data Reporting s Analysis:Analyze media and brand performance manage reports on media metrics and effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Collaboration s Stakeholder Management:Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure data availability and integration.

In This Role Your Goals Will Be:
In 3 months: Gain knowledge of client categories and research tools independently manage key reports and identify areas to lead.
In 6 months: Become the go-to expert for media measurement dashboards collaborate proactively across teams and present new data presentation concepts.
In 12 months: Take ownership of key media measurement projects lead workstreams and drive impact with data-driven insights.
What Your Day Job Looks Like
Analyze market data and trends for actionable business insights. Manage reports on media spends performance and brand metrics.
Provide consumer insights and competitive intelligence to support media strategy. Collaborate with teams and external partners to integrate and analyze data.
What You Will Need
Must Have
4 years of experience in data analysis consumer insights C competitive intelligence. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Excel Power BI etc.).
Knowledge of TV and Digital media planning and performance metrics. Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly.
Good to Have
Familiarity with media planning tools (Kantar BARC TGI). Experience in competitive intelligence and market of pivot tables Power Bi statistical analysis methods and media mix modelling.
Minimum Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Marketing Business or related field.
4 years in data analysis media planning and consumer insights.
Strong interest in marketing consumer behaviour and the media landscape.
